More beautiful mornings...

Bowling with my daughter!

I had the privileged of going with Tatiana on a school bowling trip she earned with her good grades and behavior. She is such a wonderful, sweet, smart, caring, and amazing daughter! We are so blessed by her!

Sweet and helpful boys

Ben and Andrew love to help outside! I can always count on them to keep me company and help me.
We have such GREAT kids!
And adorable too!

Nick Snow Shoeing

While Nick was attending Sweet Home Junior High he joined the "Outdoor Club". One of their outings was a snowshoeing trip on January 21st. He had a great time and dad was able to go with too!

Mom's Coast Retreat

I was invited to go the coast with some friends for a much appreciated "mommy retreat". My friend, Jennifer Madsen, invited us all to go stay at their Lincoln City home and it is beautiful!

We had fun playing games and doing crafts.
Back row: Dianne Nelson, me, Dawn Davis, Tressa Isaksen (and baby bump), Jennifer Madsen,
Kim Brown, Andrea Simpson
Front Row: Debi Burton, Rachel Nye, Christine Tidwell
We almost didn't go because there was a lot of flooding at the coast that weekend. Jennifer's house was surrounded by water, and the vans barely made it. The house didn't have any flooding, but it did have water damage! While we were there the ceiling developed a big bubble, Dawn proceeded to pop it and water and plaster flew everywhere!
Andrew, Dawn, Rachel and I were the only ones that wanted to go see the beach the next day. So we went and had some fun before heading to the outlet mall for shopping with the rest of the girls.

Some yummy Mexican for lunch before heading home on Saturday. What a fun mini-trip!

Our first time playing in the snow!

The kids had so much fun playing in their very own "Winter Wonderland"!
It was a most beautiful and perfect day!

There is beauty all around, when there's love at home....

I love that song and I absolutely love living here! I wanted to share just a few snapshots of some of the gorgeous nature we are blessed with on a daily basis...

Snow Day!

The kids had fun in the snow right outside our door! No more driving to the mountains to have fun in the snow, now we live in the mountains! (Barely, but it still counts!)

Tatiana, Andrew, and Ben, all bundled up...
Nick gathering ammo for the impending snow ball fight!
Andrew hitching a ride to the sledding hill...
Ben heading down the hill, what an awesome shot!
Nick taking Andrew down with him, such a nice big brother!
 Playing in a winter wonderland!
 Tatiana is picking up speed!

Private Concert at the Tolman Home!

Our dear friend, Trish Wagner, joined us for dinner one night along with Henry and Mollie Wolthuis from church. Trish and Mollie are both from Hawaii. It was a special treat to all of us to have Trish share her beautiful music with us after dinner. She plays the ukelele beautifully and has the voice of an angel! We love our "auntie Trish"!

Andrew sharing the love with his Pineapple Princess!

Story time with big brother, Ben

I just had to include this precious moment. Ben is reading to Andrew. At this time, "Green Eggs and Ham" was the favorite of both of them! So sweet, I just love how much they love each other!

A visit from Grandma and Grandpa

My parents, grandma and grandpa Dennison, came from North Dakota to visit us in our new home and have a late Christmas celebration with us. We had a lot of fun together!
Andrew giving a tour around the property. Our house looks so tiny way back there.
We exchanged gifts, had a nice dinner and celebrated Christmas, again! You can never have too many Christmases!
I think grandma and grandpa really enjoyed walking around our property with the kids.
We hope they come back soon! We love you both!
